The awards include four categories: “Developer of the Year,” “Best Green Initiative,” “Revitalized Project” and “Project of the Year.” Versum is nominated in the final category. Winners will be announced on October 17 at the BREL Forum, which gathers real estate experts to discuss industry trends and future developments.
