Estmak Capital Completes Versum, Welcomes Its First Tenants

Versum, a modern stock-office hub in Riga, announces the completion of its first construction stage. The first two buildings are now operational with initial tenants moving in.

Smart, green and efficient stock-offices

The first phase of Versum, totalling nearly 8,000 square meters, was handed over on July 4th, as promised. The unique three-in-one concept—showroom, office and warehouse under one roof—offers new opportunities for businesses to reduce costs and improve efficiency, operations and corporate culture. The flexible spaces can be easily adjusted according to each tenant’s needs.

Managed by Estmak Capital in partnership with VVV Architecture and SIA Aimasa, Versum showcases a blend of modern design and ecological consciousness. The sustainable approach is confirmed by the prominent BREEAM certification.

The construction features eco-friendly materials and innovative solutions like rooftop solar panels, heat recovery ventilation and many others. The buildings have all the modern energy-efficient solutions, low utility costs and healthy work environment.

The green area around and between the buildings also accommodates plenty of parking spaces for electric vehicles and bicycles. Customers can park directly in front of the showroom and larger goods can be loaded directly from the warehouse located next to the showroom.

Versum’s strategic location beside busy Ulbrokas street in Riga’s new business district ensures good connectivity and growth opportunities, making it promising for both startups and multinational companies.

First tenants moving in is just the beginning

The new stock offices welcome the first tenants, including renowned brands like Eden Springs, Poly Systems, Condair and Hydrox. These companies, spanning industries from drinking water solutions to laboratory reagents, now already occupy most of the B building.

Tatjana Arhipova, head of Estmak Capital, expressed her excitement. “The completion of the first stage is just the beginning. Our vision of a vibrant, sustainable and efficient business hub is coming to life thanks to the hard work of our team and partners,” Arhipova stated.

Evija Šepteliča from Hydrox shared a tenant’s view. “Moving to Versum has been a great decision for us, their philosophy aligns with our company values. We look forward to thriving in this new environment,” she said.

A promising future

The on-time completion of Versum’s first stage is an important stepping stone. With considerable interest in rentals and many spaces already pre-booked, Versum is committed to become a center of modern business excellence in Riga.

The entire project, including four additional buildings, will be completed in nearest feature.

Estmak Capital expresses its gratitude to everyone involved and looks forward to the future milestones that will strengthen Versum’s reputation as a trendsetting business hub.
